Chris A. Simpson, Director and Chief Executive Officer (age 44)

Mr. Simpson has served as a director and as the chief executive officer of the Company since its formation.  His current term as director lasts until the next annual meeting of stockholders; Mr. Simpson’s employment agreement as chief executive officer has a term currently expiring July 2011.   Mr. Simpson's business experience includes 12 years of retail and business management experience, and three years of project management experience as Special Programs Coordinator with the Norman (Oklahoma) Housing Authority.  Since April 2003, Mr. Simpson has owned and operated CMS Innovations, LLC, and a computer consulting business based in Norman, Oklahoma.  Mr. Simpson studied, but did not take a degree in, Physics and Accounting at the University of Oklahoma.

John E. McHughes, Director (age 34)

Mr. McHughes has served as Director of the Company since its formation. His current term as Director lasts until the next annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. McHughes’ business experience includes eleven years in the oil and gas industry, where he served as Vice-President of Operations for Champ Oil Co. an E&P company and Vice President for Herbert White Gas Co., a natural gas transportation company.  Mr. McHughes, Co-Founded ROX Oil & Gas Co., an A&D company.  He has seven years of management experience in the real estate and transportation industries.  Mr. McHughes developed and co-founded Major Rig Company LP, an Oil and Gas and Alternative Industry Engineering and Fabrication Company. Mr. McHughes studied business administration and finance at the University of Oklahoma.

Matthew Branstetter, Director (age 54)

Mr. Branstetter has over eighteen years of experience in the financial industry as a Registered Financial Consultant and has spent the last eight years as owner and operator of Braevest Investment Services, an independent investment advisory company located in Noble, OK.  Mr. Branstetter is active in his community and has served as President/Vice-President of the Noble (Oklahoma) Chamber of Commerce and as a Slaughterville (Oklahoma) City Commissioner.  Mr. Branstetter earned a bachelor in Business and Administration and Bachelors of Arts degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
